Dec 13 not getting transferred

Hello Everyone-

Well transfers came and went. We didn't get a call...... We thought for sure that Sister Gaggini was going to be transferred, but she wasn't. We will be staying together for another six weeks.

This week had some really cold temperatures. Until Sat. it was in the high teens- low twenties all week... Saturday was warm, it was 31*. Yesterday was even warmer, it was 39*. So far today, it is 49*..... WHAT IS HAPPENING?!?!?!?

We had a pretty slow week. Our teaching pool is now down to 2 people. :( That is not fun. So we are doing a lot of looking... not so much finding. We are REALLY trying hard to find some new ways of finding, so that we can teach people here in Plymouth.

Last Monday we had district P-day. It was so fun. We went to go bowling, when we got there it was not a normal bowling ally. Okay, picture this. Six people from Utah, one from AZ, and one from Switzerland... We walk into the bowling ally, and there were no bowling balls.... and the pins were weird. We were so confused. In New England they have what you all Candle Stick bowling. You get 3 throws every time, and you use a 2 1/2 lb. ball.... with no holes. Needless today, it was really funny, and all of us did terrible!!! But it was fun.... we also had to keep our own score. Sister Gaggini kept cheating, so I would have taken 2nd place, but she kept putting the wrong score in for me, so I tied for 3rd. haha. Then we had to run to the mall so I could return some shoes, while there, we took a picture with Santa. Then we went to the church and played some games, then all went to dinner at this one place.... Guess what... i tried Sushi and a muscle..... :S Not so good. (Videos coming soon...)

Wednesday was Sister Gaggini's one year mark. We had a "party" for her that night. We made a music video, and just had fun. It was a much needed fun session. haha.

We have been doing a lot of tracting, and not finding anyone home, so I don't really have anything exciting to tell this week. The Marsh's dropped us on Tuesday. :( That was a HUGE bummer!!!!!!!

I can't believe Friday is my half way mark!!! Crazy!!!!!!! Nine months out, nine to go!

Well we are trying to stay warm and happy...... Merry Christmas season to you all!!!
Love, Sister Rankin
